Status: We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. To build a solid foundation for our students, we are currently not accepting monetary donations — Phase 1 is dedicated entirely to building our network of mentors.

STEM Mentor Network

Our Story

Past the photo op. Into people's lives.

We are establishing a permanent endowment dedicated to supporting undergraduate STEM students through a foundational mentorship network, professional support services, and a financial relief fund.

The Philosophy

A different kind of giving

Traditional philanthropy too often ends with a giant check and a photo op. This initiative rejects the model of handing over a check and walking away.

Instead, it places human capital first — combining a lifelong professional support network with practical career tools and flexible financial relief. We believe guidance, connection, and community are the true catalysts for long-term success.

The Inspiration

Talent isn't the bottleneck

Navigating the college-preparation process revealed a stark reality: many incredibly capable students fail to reach their potential — not for lack of ability, but for lack of professional networks, generational wealth, or structural family support.

STEM Mentor Network exists to close that gap, one student and one mentor at a time.

What Guides Us

Our values

Human capital first

We place a lifelong professional network ahead of a one-time check. Connection is the catalyst.

Dignity always

We treat students as capable adults, supporting them with discretion and respect — never spectacle.

Built to compound

Every student we lift is invited to lift the next, building a self-sustaining culture of support.

Institutional Scope

Starting in Arkansas, built to grow

We are launching our inaugural phase with students attending Arkansas State University. It is simply our chosen first school — the organization has no formal affiliation with the university itself.

Our long-term strategy is to expand this framework to additional colleges and universities across the state of Arkansas, and to grow the network's density with every cohort.

Right now, we don't need your money. We need your expertise.

A few hours of your time each year can change the trajectory of a student's life. Join the network and help build the foundation.
